Five suppliers have varying procedure for breakdowns, which also depends on the type of breakdown - mechanical, or accident, and where the breakdown occurs. Some provide this service within the company, others use the AAA service - this also depends on type of breakdown, where and when the breakdown occurs. The counter staff will be able to provide details specific to how the service is provided at the time of pickup. |
